You're in for a Treat

Roller skating is popular all over the world. It can be silly, romantic, and even competitive. If you fancy some time on wheels, then Paris gives you a great opportunity. Every Friday night, witness the Pari Roller. It may be the biggest weekly street skating event in the world, where you can join or watch as many as 35,000 skaters. It’s a fresh way to experience Paris. Skating usually starts at Place Raoul Dautry in the 14th Arrondissement, where traffic is stopped and the event is then supervised by a staff of 150 Pari Roller marshals in yellow shirts. The routes change regularly, but whether you roll along the Seine’s quays, up the Champs Elysées or past Parc Montsouris, you’re in for a very unique take of this mesmerising city. Prepare for 3 hours and 27 kilometres through one of the most famous cities in the world, on your own two wheels!
