You're in for a Treat

London has a good amount of wine bars, and here are our favourites. The Winemakers Club (41a Farringdon Street, EC4A 4AN) is located under the arches of Holborn. It's a quirky little joint with wines from less well-known producing coutries such as Hungary and Austria as well as the larger wine countries. There's a great choice from all over the world and you can go into the shop, too to find some of the best wine. Bars in London, such as Noble Rot (51 Lamb’s Conduit Street, WC1N 3NB) has opened a wine bar to complement its flavoursome food. The atmosphere is friendly and the prices aren't extortionate. Remedy (124 Cleveland Street, W1T 6PG) has a great selection of mainly European wines by the glass and bottle. It has a lovely casual vibe and is a short walk from the bustling shops of Oxford Street. José (104 Bermondsey Street, SE1 3UB) is another of the best wine bars in London, a busy place that has a vibrant atmosphere. It's primarily a tapas bar but serves a good selection of wines, too.
