Horseradish Sauce

You're in for a Treat

It has a loose similarity in taste to wasabi and is eaten with beef. Horseradish sauce is normally served with roast dinners rather than on cold beef sandwiches (that’s when you’d opt for English mustard). It’s sold in jars, lasts a fair while and doesn’t require refrigeration before being opened. If you’re coming down with a cold, a spoonful of horseradish sauce is enough to clear your blocked sinuses (although we don’t actually recommend it as your eyes will be watering instead).
